All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Kenya. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Our Prices

All our prices are exclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice

Warranty terms

1. Warranty is given by the manufacturer, not the shop (in case of defect repairs are handled by the service center of the brand purchased)
2. Before purchase kindly confirm from the shop whether your phone has a local warranty because we don’t have any right to give a warranty as a shop (NB, not all products are under warranty Some are sold on ‘As it is Basis’)
3. We don’t accept returns on products unless the product is returned within 24 hours and it must be faulty
4. The warranty does not cover hardware or physical damages like screen breakage
5. We don’t issue a refund on items under warranty
6. No warranty on all accessories
7. Whereby a customer is not able to reach the service center we can help him /her to take it to the service center and this can take a maximum of 7-days to 30 days
